Is this Freek for real?

Looks very fake. But it's possible that's an aftermarket scales. Even so it looks pretty ugly.

It's not fake. It's a limited edition sent to dealers. I'm still trying to find out if it's for sale to the public or not.

Thats what I've been told, the scale screws blade markings are deffo factory, Please do a Freek without versaflex Benchmade.

The Freek is a really great design but I'm not a fan of the handles either.

I’m guessing for BladeHQ? I don’t appreciate the natural or jade G10 but it must be popular. Should have done the Mini version as well. Always pleased to see M4 though.

Not a BladeHQ exlcusive.

I like this one!

I find the stock scales “interesting “. I don’t particularly care for them when trying to get it out of my pocket, but I like them while I am holding the knife. They are really “grippy”.

I recently bought a Freek to play around with. I like the rubbery texture but don't like the finger bumps (I prefer a more neutral grip like on the Grips and 520's). That being said, it is almost like an XL Ritter Grip.

I didn't think I would like the Jade G10 material until I picked up another brand's knife with Jade G10 and m4 blade and I now like that G10 color. A G10 version would also let me grind off that little finger bump plus some other grip mods.

Now, if only they came out with a thumb hole version, I would buy another in a heart beat

If this was a mini freek I'd be all over it, of course after changing out that neon green backspacer.
