IWB carry for fix blades- is there a brand or sheath?

I have looked and looked for a fixed blade sheath thats ideal for IWB carry. Problem with most kydex sheaths is the grommet holes are lower on the knife and thats where you attach something like a spyderco G clip or C-tak clip. If the knife has a handle around 4-5" the the handle will get you in the ribs when bending to the side.

Aside from esee knives I haven't found another manufacturer that makes it easy to IWB carry a fixed blade. But I dont much like esee knives except for my izulas (different discussion)

For a larger knife you ideally want the kydex to be modeled a tad higher and the clip to be put right were the handle starts instead of an inch or so down. Giving you enough space to carry a good size knife around.

If your in urban areas walking around with a leather sheath hanging down or horizontally a fixed to your belt is not a great idea. I find pocket carrying a fixed blade not idea as I dont see the point in carrying a tiny fixed blade as I rather just have a small folder.

Can someone suggest a brand or sheath maker who has things like this I could buy for say my Bark river gunny knife or any other mid sized bark river, (fox river, bravo 1, bushcraft LT, aurora lt)

I guess it boils down to personal preference and body type. How much are you bending over sideways? I agree carrying a knife IWB is easier but for me it's because the sheath won't snag on things. I've had issues before where a knife sheath caught on something while i was squatting down to pick something up. It was also an issue when I would get in and out of my car. For the knife to poke me in the ribs i have to lean pretty far before it becomes uncomfortable. I feel like most custom makers could accommodate you with something though.

Something like this?

Works great for smaller knives:

But can be done for larger ones too:
