IXL Razor trademark, Axe, Tomahawk?

This razor is a Wostenholm & Sons IXL. On the blade opposite the Sheffield markings is what looks like an axe or tomahawk (3rd photo).. Can anyone tell me about it? (Sorry for the poor photos). Thank you.

It's a pipe. "original and true pipe razor"
