"J" axe marking help

Lots of google turned up zip. Head has a 2 1/2 on the left side and a J on the bottom of the poll. Smallish eye that I see in a lot of Swedish axes, and dark blue paint. The bits fairly thin, I'm thinking it may be an HB. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
