The Ararebo is a lesser known and smaller version of the Kanabo and Tetsunobo
The head has been cold blued, press fitted and pinned to the handle with two 3/16" copper pins. The pins were left long so even though they are peened they are not flush, forming exposed studs. The handle has been sanded and treated with two coats of teak oil. Cotton Maki is epoxy impregnated - Dragon menuki is antiqued brass. There is a 1/4" thong hole at the base of the handle and a para-cord thong.
