Hi All!

I just wanted to share the news with you that after intensive 11 months of working together with almost 5 craftsmen across few different countries, me and my friend were finally to complete our dream Japanese kitchen knife sets made of VG10 damascus steel and the set includes petty (utility knife), gyuto (daily chef's knife) and nakiri (veggie/fruit knife).

A total of 102 hours and a relentless collaboration of 5 craftsmen was needed to make each of this limited set of Japanese kitchen knives. Japanese Damascus steel was made in Echizen, Japan, forged in Sakai, Osaka suburbs; wood for handle was sourced in Italy, stabilised and dyed in Poland and so its shaping; the wood for a decorative box was responsibly sourced and handcrafted in Poland. Little hidden neodymium magnets were made in Poland. The protective foam mold was made in Czech Republic. As you can see - it's been a lot of work! I'm so proud we made it happen!

What do you think?
