they don't sell any garbage and the customer service is great. Just remember that they have reverse hours from
the U.S. Best place to acquire Japanese knives bar none, unless you can read Japanese websites. English spoken and Paypal accepted. Shipping to the US is fast and cheap. Mr. J. Iwahara has been in the cutlery import/export business for literally decades and is a historically significant figure in the Seki City cutlery world. For those old enough to remember he brought Jim Parker and Seizo Imai together, as well as Spencer Davis and Ichiro Hattori, and AG Russell and Tak Fukuta together back in the 1980s. He and his son Koki are the ones to reach out to if you have an interest in Japanese knives. 100% first class operation.
