If it's a fair-sized lump, you may be able to chip most of it off with a sharp chisel. It probably wouldn't hurt to throw it in the freezer for a while first. You'll probably end up sanding/filing/grinding to get it all off.
A: When fully cured, J-B Weld can only be removed by grinding or filing it off, or by directly heating the product above the 600º maximum temperature threshold.
