Wow Vince....just wow!!!!
Here's one for micarta Monday
George Herron Gent Tribute Firehose micarta
Stacked leather, copper bolsters, Howling Wolf shield; broke my heart when you posted SOLD. Never doubt the dedication of an old man. It's mine now. Can't wait.
Glad you were able to snag it Alan
@joeradza Congrats, Alan! I love that stacked leather, and I can't wait to see more pictures of it.
I do hope that stacked leather handles become more common. There's something special about it.
Thanks Shawn. I couldn't resist it. I'm already thinking of ways to photograph it.
Very happy it went to someone passionate about it. I had them side by side before I posted it and really thought hard but I love mine.. bonded with it and have given it war wounds, this howling wolf beauty would have been displayed and not carried as it should. Use it in good health Alan!
I saw you Alan grab that - What a beautiful Knife my friend. Well done.
Thanks Drew and Duncan.
Edit: I received it today and it is crazy good.
Looking good Alan! I had its cousin on me today. Life is better with leather =)
Yes it is. The shield points the way.

I am absolutely IN LOVE with that one in the center!
Those are all dynamite, Vince!
However, that slimline trapper makes my heart go pitter patter!
Agreed Gary. That’s a beautiful Knife.
The one in the center is a Don Hanson pattern he gave me. The slimline trapper has always been my favorite carry and tool. I carried a Case slimline for 35 years. Thanks very much for all your comments. Makes me want to build some more. Oh....hold it...I have 8 in the oven now!
That Slimline gets the laurels
