Hey Phillip, that's a ambi vertical/horizontal belt sheath in HB3, Monarch, BC Jr size. It will work in the same size ISP, but it does fit better in the ambi ISP with about 2 finger width exposed. You can also put it in a Bushfinger ISP for a deep seat(1finger width exposed).
