Just wondering what I have here?

I bought this Becker and was told it was a Cinncinati version, but when I visited the Blackjack facility in Effingham; I remember seeing an almost identical version. The scales don't quite fit and it appears to be a convex grind. Either way, I am very happy with the knife in general and is as close to perfect condition. Any thoughts?
