About a year and a half ago, I purchased a Jerosz Choppa. Love the knife, but didn't use it much as the handles were too slick for my liking. Last week,sent an email to KA-BAR customer service to see if I could purchase an extra set of scales for it.( going to coat them in something grippy). Received an email the next day, that stated they would look around and see if they had any extras, and if they did, they would send them my way. Looked it the mailbox today, package from New York, opened it and inside was a set of new grips, and attachment hardware. I would have gladly paid for them. Thank You, KA-BAR.
