Kaicut estate sale find

I have looked through the forums and have not found a lot of information.
Wanting to see what kind of info, stats, etc. anybody might have.
Somebody put the R80-10 into an electric sharpener and messed the edge up badly.
It will take me a bit of work to fix it...

Went to an estate sale and found a few Kaicut knives.

Per the web these are made by Kai Cutlery which I don't believe has any relation to KAI USA.

I am well acquainted with Kershaw and ZT, so a Kai kitchen knife was bound to happen.
