You just don’t see enough Kepharts around these parts so here's another of my tributes to the iconic blade in 1/8" 80CRV2 at 60/61. One of my favorites to make, I hope you like it!
I stayed somewhat faithful to the original, including the profile (of course), lightly convexed to the spine and flared front scales. In general "everything that needs to be there is, and nothing is there that doesn't need to be" (paraphrased from one of the articles I studied). The blade has a subtle leaf shape and the handle is modified, because I like it that way!
Dimensions 9 3/4”OAL and 1 1/2” tall, 1 3/16” blade– 4 7/8” from tip to scales – Hand sanded to 600 grit. Edge before sharpening was .010” or so and it is very sharp. Balances just behind the front pin.
The scales are Chechem with thin burnt red fiber liners. It’s sanded to 1200 grit with 1/8” copper/stainless + larger mosaic pins. The handle feels great in my average size hand and will fill a larger hand as well. The Tracker sheath is a snug fit with great retention yet easy to deploy.
Priced at only $175 to your US door, and of course your satisfaction is my only priority. I can accept paypal G&S, check or MO, and the price includes fees and free priority shipping in the US.
Thanks so much for looking! Please feel free to comment, ask anything here or via PM.
