Kershaw contact info?

Anybody have a current email address for customer service at Kershaw? The speed safe feature on my wife's Boa quit working. I need to get it fixed quick... she's starting to eye my knives!
 
Same thing happened on my Random Task.

Well, it would open but very lazily. I had kept it stored closed, which my theory now being that it reduces over time, the tension that opens it quickly.

I may be wrong with this but now that I store it open and tension-less it opens fast again.

Any thoughts?
 
GenghisJohn - Don't know what to tell ya. All my Kershaws have opened just fine. All were stored closed and they all snap open just like they did when they were new. The only one I have had a problem with is this Boa.
