There are three Kershaw Funxion Knives/Multitools addressing different needs. They all have a primary blade length of 3 inches, 4.25 inches closed and weigh about 5 ounces.

I ordered one of the Kershaw Funxion EMT knives:

The partially serrated blade can cut through webbing to free trapped accident victims. The cord cutter makes quick work of nylon cording. There's a hex bolt wrench and a screwdriver tip built into the cord cutter arm. A carbide glassbreaker tip can help get you out of a tough situation.

There are also the following two:

Kershaw Funxion Outdoor:

In addition to its general-use blade, the Funxion Outdoor has a second blade that’s pretty handy too. The saw blade is great for making kindling, sawing through the toughest rope, or removing that branch that keeps slapping you in the face on the way to the latrine.

Kershaw Funxion DIY:

In addition to its general-use blade, the Funxion Outdoor has a screwdriver tip, a hex wrench, a carabiner clip and a bottlecap lifter.

I saw these a while back and I thought they were cool. As a first responder I like the EMT but I don't need or want a serrated blade and I think black wasn't a great choice of color for a tool that you need to find quickly in an emergency. As an outdoorsman the outdoor appeals to me as well but I have found my perfect EDC MT with a saw so I don't see it replacing my leatherman. The DIY doesn't look all that useful.
