They are... for me, and yes I know they're only scissors  but I recently started making some 550 paracord sinnets and you need a clean snip at the end without the tug of using a single blade.

They're very tactile, smooth, tight, sharp, disassemble easily, and worth every penny. and you get a case !

The first pic is not a Task Master cut... just paracord as a prop :D

Wow I didn't even know they made these. Cool. These will be on my list of stuff to buy for making life easier. Love the fact that you can take it apart.

Thanks for your post or I would have never known about these.

Could you post a closeup of the actual sharp edge with the serrations? I can't see what they look like from any pics online.

Kershaw makes awesome scissors!! I have both the Taskmaster and a pair of their serrated fly tying scissors. Both work perfectly and are a real value.

America's Test Kitchen reviewed kitchen shears and they rated the Shun classic shears the best. As far as I can tell, the Kershaw version is identical, and is about $10 less. Both brands are the same company. Does anyone know if there is any difference?

You are preaching to the choir with me. My favorite scissors.

You can keep them handy with a clear magnetic holder or a leather sheath.

I picked up a set of these for my kitchen and they're fantastic. Especially after dealing with worn out and crappy scissors for the last few years, the quality difference is phenomenal and they might cost ~$10 more than your average cheapo kitchen shears.
