Post your keychain sized flashlights and tell us why you chose what you chose. Me, I ordered up a Sunwayman M11R with the optional AA battery extender after realizing using my handgun mounted Streamlight TLR could be misconstrued by the PC crowd. The Sunwayman has extensive positive reviews, so that's why I chose it.:)

Fenix E01.
Long runtime, tough, and bright enough for my needs.

Fenix E05. floody, tough, and bright enough for most things, but not so bright as to be dazzling, or burn a battery in a hurry. I find it a good all round combination for light out to a few yards. I always end up looking in dark corners and its nice to have the light handy.

E05 here too.. replaced an E01 as I wanted a brighter light, even with the shorter run time... lithium cell... has been on my key chain for about 2 years now

Preon 1. It almost never gets used, so if I had to do it again, I'd probably go with a cheaper single mode light—probably a Fenix EO1—maybe the EO5.

L to R:
Peak LED Eiger; AAA, variable brightness, can take any form of AAA size battery

McGizmo Sapphire; AAA, single mode, all Ti, extraordinary build quality, exquisite beam profile, not very bright, but very useable flood

Velleno Designs Quantum D2; custom lithium battery, variable brightness, orange trit inserts, phenomenal amount of light from a TINY light, short run-times on higher brightness

MBI HF Ti; MBI lithium battery, slickest and most functional UI of any light I have ever owned, 3 brightness modes, all modes extremely useful and well thought out, max is sickeningly bright, plenty of run time on low and mid. I wear this one on a ball chain every day.

In the background: my beloved small CRK 21 Insingo. My faithful companion for over 3 years.

frankly, I am not out much at night anymore. I carry one of those little Photon lights on my key chain, and it does everything I need it to do.

Been using the nitecore mini sens light, Its using the CR2 battery. Main reason I went with this light was cause I got lots of CR2 batteries from work. But after I got it I really got to love that light. First you don't have to go thru so many mods to get to the light output you want. On high I can light up the hiking trail for a group of people if I walk in the back. Even if they are ways a head of me. For just night hikes which I do often low is plenty and if I walk on a rough single file trail with a drop on one side I would go for mid just to be on the safe side. Battery life is not long on high, But I always have 2-3 extra batteries in each pack I carry. Never had to replace one during the hike yet. It actually last for a long time on low or mid. Its not that its the brightest light out there but for its size its it's very bright.

I have a Sunwayman M10A. It's not a keychain light but I love the UI on these lights. I can't see going to a different UI anytime soon. I think you'll be happy with yours.

I have an iTP A3 EOS light on the zipper pull of my flightsuit. Runs on AAA, 3 brightness modes, with the brightest setting 96 lumens for 55 min. It has a pocket clip and a split ring on the tail. Less than a $20 bill. Also have a Fenix PD10 that is my EDC light, when I remember.

My EO1 works great for a little, unobtrusive keychain light. I'm usually never too far from something a lot stronger if I really need it.

LD01 on keychain. Have the M11R too, but find it too fat for my keychain, so it sits on the bed side table. Great light though, really like the silent on off with the ring.
For cr123 lights also really like the Eagletac D25C. Although a clicky, the ui really works for me...

I carry a DQG AAA from the first run. Still works good. Sometimes I forget it is even their.

Olight I3S, love it 80lumen on high and you can put a 10440 and super charge it if you like.

Maglite Solitaire
Been a solid tough simple flashlight, banged around on my keyring for years and years
Always works
The Girls carry one with a whistle and a SAK Classic, on their KeyRing

Photon X-light Micro LED
Been on my keychain for years
The fancy push controls are now only on and off
Good for getting the key in the lock, or map reading in the car

Fenix E01
Got this recently
Nice small bright with an AA battery
Illuminates dark stairwells
Out on trial to see if it will hold up to the hard life of a keyring flashlight

LED Lenser K2
25 Lumen
Do not like the odd sized batteries 4 x AG13 (1.5v)
Functions just like the E01
A gift from my Lady

Fenix E05
Brighter than the 01
With a much shorter run time on the AAA
Prefer the 01

Fenix E12
Nice multi control extends the usablity of the flashlight
Good runtime with an AA
A little too big for my loaded keychain

I've been carrying the same Streamlight for a month or so now. I haven't used it much but so far, for $8, I'm highly impressed. If I need more light than it provides I carry either a Sunwayman or Nitecore on me and a Zerbralight headlamp in my bag.
