I just picked my first Kizer knife,Darrel Ralph's Gunhammer with Bowie Blade and was really blown away at the quality of this folder. The Blade, even though it has a fair amount of lock bar tension opens extremely smoothly and even with a finger on the lockbar.Other qualities, that really impressed were the intricitely milled titanium handles provide an extremely firm grip,a steel framelock/over travel insert, the blade locked up solidly - with a noticeable audible thunk, the blade was also perfectly centered, and razor sharp - with zero blade play.

Probably my next Kizer. The Bowie makes sense as more practical, but the recurve version...something intriguing there.

How does it carry?

The knife carries just fine, some may find it somewhat heavy, the lockup is still solid, and after a few sharpenings the blade seem to be sharper.

She's a beauty
