A bit smaller then the last one.
Knife is forged from 1/8" thick 15n20 bar, down to 0,07" thickness.
Fork is forged from C35 (AISI 1035) round bar and it's 11,75" long
The knife feels great in the hand and have rounded heel for more comfortable work and grip.
Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale and wire brushed.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.
The fork is forged to shape from C35 steel bar. Hot filed and hot wire brushed.
Soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale.
Same handle material as knife.
