Knife customization

Where do you guys send your knives in for custom work? Where could send one of my knives in to have some kind of custom texture milled into a titanium handle and maybe change the finish on the blade?

I suggest going down to the Knifemakers forum and look in the sub-forum where knifemakers advertise their services. You will probably have better luck finding someone to make the changes to your knife.

Laser etching, engraving and milling are three different things. Actual milling might be difficult to find, the other two more accessible for a knife mod.

My understanding is that titanium is difficult to work. It could be pretty expensive if you do find someone.

If all you want is a handle with more grip, it would likely be easier and less expensive to have a thin piece of G10 or micarta added to the handle with a few screws.
