Photos Knife identification?

While I was travelling across country from Califronia to NY I collected a knife from every state I drove through. This one antique shop in Oklahoma had this cool looking dagger. The people there were unsure but assumed it was from either WW1 or WW2, anyone have ideas?

Seriously doubt any relationship to WWI or WWII time period. Offhand it looks to me like a 1950s early import brought in from Japan using that oriental dragon motif.
