Honestly there are half a dozen people and places making kwaiken/kaiken-type knives, all you have to do is choose your price point and country of origin.

As you guessed, I own a Ducati motorcycle (1995 900SS SP).

I also have a Bianchi bicycle, Beretta, Franchi and Benelli shotguns, and just one Italian knife! I guess I better lean towards that MKM Flame...
