was just wondering, I have a knife set, Schrade Walden, and the blade only has an edge on one side. what would be the specific reason for this. and what is the best way to sharpen?
and let me tell you after you have had a steak with them you will not want to go back to the commercial steak knives with serrated edges and jagged edges. they cut clean and easy, hence the question on sharpening the one sided blade.
