Let's share the knife models you recognize and identify from movies, games and books, with photos.
These are the knives I recognize from the famous scene in the movie John Wick:

Cold Steel Safe keeper 2
benchmade balisong 62
Microtech combat troodon
Microtech Halo V S/E OTF S/A Black coated
benchmade 176bk socp
Gerber mark 1
cold Steel spike
Emerson the combat carambit
Cold Steel Double Agent 1
Cold Steel Black Talon Serrated
Cold Steel Tiger Claw

The blade of the compound grind knife next to the black talon looks similar to the Marfione Custom Knives LUDT compound, but the handle is different and the one on the top far left could be Emerson. The one on the far right looks like a strider.

Some of the more memorable ones are the Cold Steel Large Espada in The Expendables, the Busse Team Gemini used by Daryl in The Walking Dead, the Buck 120 in the Scream series, the Sebenza 21 in Collateral, and the Spyderco Harpy used by Hannibal Lecter. The Buck 110 and classic 11" Italian stiletto are used in too many to count.

I couldn't possibly list all of the knives I've seen and recognized in movies/tv/etc, we're talking several decades worth.

But just for fun, here is a group pic from the movie "Exposure", also known as "The Knife", "High Art", "A Grande Art", starring Peter Coyote (1991). This was a frequent "what knife is that?" topic years ago. There are also a few other knives featured in the movie, including a Spyderco Police, and a Randall (not pictured).

I already know all of them, but I'll let others play "What knife is that?".

Cold Steel (medium) Espada wielded by Tuco in Better Call Saul as he prepares to cut off the legs of the skateboarders duped into mistakenly scamming his abuelita. Not the first time we’ve seen the Espada represented, but it perfectly matches the character.
I absolutely agree with that.

Buck 110 - Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (?), Crocodile Dundee 2, and others…
Buck 112 - Kill Bill Vol. 1
Buck 119 - Phantasm
SOG Desert Dagger - Kill Bill Vol. 1
Cold Steel Steel Tiger - The Man From Nowhere
Cold Steel medium Voyager clip point - Walker Texas Ranger
Spyderco SS Police (The Client, Hard Target, Jennifer 8, Eraser, Training Day, Parker, NCIS, and others…
Spyderco Endura and Endura 4 - Cliffhanger, Parker, NCIS, Chicago PD, and others…
Spyderco Delica and Delica 4 - Anaconda, Black Dog, Entrapment, Blue Streak, The Hunter, Law & Order: SVU, and others…
Spyderco Mariner - Heat (?)
Spyderco Harpy - Hannibal
Spyderco Civilian - Only the Strong
Spyderco Standard - Point of No Return
Spyderco Rescue - Strange Days
Spyderco Autonomy - Law & Order: SVU
Benchmade Spike - Stir of Echoes
Kershaw Boa - Wrong Turn
Kershaw Liner Action - The X-Files
Leatherman Wave - The X-Files
Zero Tolerance 0302 - NCIS
Emerson P.U.K. - Tears of the Sun
Chris Reeve Sebenza - Collateral
Microtech Halo II - Reindeer Games

These are only examples off the top of my head. I am 100% certain I’ve seen these knives in more movies/TV shows, as well as other knife models in both movies and TV shows. There was a (now long-discontinued) SOG folder I forgot the name of that Jason Statham used in The Transporter (the first one).

Danny Glover had a very nice fixed blade knife in Switchback (1997). Looked it up once, wasn't a production model, custom made for the film, forget who the maker was... Totally would've bought one though.

Edit, when in doubt, BF has the answer:
