Knives or Swords in pool cues?

When I was a kid I saw "James West" pop the end off a pool cure to reveal a sword blade. He then threw it (Of Course) and impaled the bad guy.

What I want to see, are there any exotic or truly unusual canes, umbrellas or pool cues out there that can still stir the imagination?

I can't recall any pool cues, but sword canes are fairly common, and generally illegal to carry. Atlanta Cutlery used to have a couple, along with an umbrella with a sword in it.

Cold Steel has an elegant sword cane, based on their City Stick. Burger Knives of South Africa makes what may be the best sword canes available.

Interesting - wonder what the balance is like as a cue? Mind you - 8" is more of a spike than a sword but still very lethal. I think if you had to pull that when "the game gets ugly" you may be frequenting the wrong pool halls.
