Going to be in Vegas in the begining of the New Year. Anybody know what the best knife store or sure fire store is to visit?

For knives you will want to hit Blanchard's Fine Cutlery, 3025 Las Vegas Blvd. S. (Suite 120 in the Las Vegas Plaza), phone 702-733-8333. This store has a tremendous selection.

Are you headed to Vegas for the CES?

Blanchards is under new owner / management , forget the guys name who is manager now but he is way cool , and puts a hell of an edge on a blade . Worth the trip over to check the place out for sure.
Not sure on the surefires though..perhaps American Shooter Supply on Sprint Mountain and Arville . Or the Uniform Supply place downtown off of Charleston and Main.

Are you sure you want to do this  Las Vegas is ... infested ... by The Undead Rodent

I'll be in town all week for the show.

I found a shop there on a business trip, I think it's called Blanchard's. They had a good assortment of production knives and a few customs. There was a pretty good selection of autos as well. I'm not absolutely sure that it was Blanchard's, but they are a NICA member and generally the shops that are in NICA are some of the best around IMHO like two of my favorites: Nordic Knives & Plaza Cutlery.

Here's a link to their info:

Esav, I think you're referring to Orlando, Florida. ;)

Unfortunately I won't make the CES as I'm there afterwards. Sounds like it is something to plan for next time though.

Las vegas is definetly invested, not by rodents but by porn pamphlets.
:barf:
