This knife was purchased new from CKTG. It has been used at home on the maple board pictured to prep vegetables only. It was recently sharpened professionally by Coutelier. It has scratches, etc from regular use on the soft stainless sides. The Hap40 has turned into the dark gray that it does. This is the 270 mm version. Comes with box. A bargain at $150 shipped!
