Hah - how are the goats doing these days? Did koyote girl complete her tour of duty? What new models of knives are coming out of Christof's forge?

Some folks want to know....Besides, I pulled out two of Christoff's blades in my collection this morning and though - these blades are pretty damn good things!

Ken,
I agree. I wear one every time I put my pants on and another one when I am working outdoors.

Understated but fully appreciated.

Bill

:) Yes you do! It is my #1 outdoor blade.

Missing him too, I finally got in touch with Sierra, they found my knife I ordered 4 months ago and I getting it ready for me now. I pick up a knife too look at and play with while just relaxing, most of the time it is one of my Koyotes.

I think Christoff and Nick are two very talented, underutilised knife making machines. Excellent quality and design my look a bit unusual at first but once you use them, it really hits home. I will not be without my LBK and the little EDC I have is fast becoming my only belt knife for "polite" areas.

It's the faithful few hanging out here, no? That man needs to come back, post a bunch of knife porn, sell a bunch of new blades and hook me up with a thin roach belly! :D

I agree. I have been emailing about my order but seems it's a no go anymore.

I love my bolochete and leuku but damn I really wanted a little bird and trout from him

I had luck finding mine after I emailed Sierra, her email is attached to the sheath section on Koyote's web site. I could not get it for you just now since I could not get the site to come in via internet.

Got the email now for Sierra, it is sierrastudent@gmail.com

And more Bolo Chetes........

:)

Bill

And one of these...wish I had grabbed this one..

a smaller skinner/utility-

this one is also 7/64 15N20, with a nice high scandivex. Overall about 8 1/4 inches with a 4 inch blade. Walnut scales and brass tubing pins.

Sierra did a nice job slimming the sheath down on this one. Still strong, but not bulky.

$170, shipped.

I was sorely tempted by that one as well. Having a nice EDC from Christoff, I held off but then I did not know he was going to take a long winter nap n us...

Bill

I blame the farm.

Country living has taken him from us! :grumpy:;)

A couple months ago I sent an email snooping on what he might have on the bench and didn't hear back.

I've sent emails from work and home with no luck....if anybody see's a spare LBK let me know. mike :)

That dang Don just grabbed the nice Bog Oak Leuku!! :) That man snags some nice blades.

:) I know of a LBK but I think it is a permanent fixture.

Bill

How about a little more knife porn? This knife is just perfection...

A little more porn. I love the "hood" on the LBK sheath for re sheathing and the snap being center to the edge to prevent cutting but wish it had the second strap around the sheath to stabilize the hanger. This hanger has flopped over and the knife rides almost horizontal- not a terrible thing.
This pair is hard to beat- the EDC is just that and small enough to be easy to carry yet big enough to really work. The LBk is just the shiznit but then you already knew that!
