It seems some people is interested il Laguiole Knives. I found some of them at interesting prices at this site:

Ask them by e-mail how you can buy it on the Net and receive it in USA.
The only problem is it is in Italy, but you can have an even better price as the change USD to LIT or USD to EURO.
