A thin slicer that I forged from 120 layers of 1084 and 15N20 steel
Heat treated in my shop to 58-60 Rc. (Hard enough to hold a good edge but not so hard the edge will chip)
Canvas Micarta handle sanded to 1230 grit for grip
Overall length: 13 3/4 inches
Blade: 9 1/2 inches
1/8 inch at the pinch with a distal taper to the tip and butt
depth: 2 inches
