Large polished espada on better call saul?

As soon as I saw it I had to run and get mine to fondle for the rest of the show. I could be wrong but it looked like the show's version had been excessively dulled to the extent that it didn't look as pointed as my knife.

Though I think it's anachronistic. The show was set in 2002, and I think the Espada is newer than that? Was nice to see it anyway though, he got the knife out and I was like "Cold Steel Espada!"
