California says I am not allowed to conceal any fixed blade no matter the length.
California also says I may conceal any legal folding knife of any length.

See where I'm going with this?

It's as if California wants me to find the largest most obnoxious assisted opener to carry in my Versipack's CCW pocket.

(I was going to be funny and carry a Glock Field Knife in my CCW pocket, so I could still say I had my Glock on me, but nooooo, California had to ruin my fun)

I already have several smaller assisted Kershaws and a Blur, but I was wondering if there is something like an assisted folding BK-2 :D

The largest production assisted folder I own or personally know of is the Camillus "Aftermath". It has a 5 1/2" blade and is about 12" open.
I am sure someone may know of larger, but that is as big an assisted folder I can think of.
Darrell Ralph likely makes larger customs, and his stuff is awesome!

Ok, so I went through all the catalogs I could find and came up with the following:

Kershaw Tremor:
$40 / 3.75" = $10.67/inch

SOG Trident:
$56 / 4" = $14/inch

Gerber Answer XL:
$60 / 4" = $15/inch

Columbia River My Tighe:
$60 / 3.625" = $16.55/inch

Buck Paradigm Avid:
$82 / 3.25" = $25.23/inch

Benchmade Subrosa:
$245 / 3.76" = $65.16/inch

Benchmade Warn instead.
$110 / 3.66" = $30.05/inch

(More about this research on www.knifehunter.net)

I think I will have to get a Benhcmade Warn as soon as possible.

The HTM Madd Maxx is on par with the Aftermath. It is also easier to find, as the Aftermath has been long gone.

I personally would forgo assistance and get a cold steel ti-lite or rajah 2. that is about as big as you can get without getting into fixed blades, besides the giant opinel. if you want assistance, DDR HTM knives are the way to go.

You also have to keep in mind your county laws don't you, like i live in San Mateo County and there is a sub-3 inch blade law for carrying on your person. If you want some big assisted openers though, HTM knives has some real big ones as others have already mentioned.
