Leatherman only shows a nylon sheath for the Mini-tool on their website, which I already have. I need one in leather (not Kydex) with a snap flap.

Has anyone ever come across one of these?

I haven't seen the leather one.
But I do have the same tool & sheath
I installed a snap on it, much better.

Sorry, Aux. Leatherman has never offered a leather sheath for the Mini-Tool; nylon only. It's possible there are after-market versions out there somewhere.

Tell your R&D folks that a Mini with the addition of a real phillips head screwdriver (not a flat one) would be excellent. The Mini is nice in that it is "pocket-size" while retaining nearly full size durability. I would really like to see more functionality in this tool.

I know there it little room for extra features in this particular model, but there is always room for improvement!

You can try contacting Dix LeatherWorks and see if they make, or are willing to make, what you need.

They make excellant top notch leather sheaths for Leatherman products.

Lifter here at BFC would hook you up and make you a awesome leather sheath for it!! He does great work.

Hey, how about a mini with a belt-clip.
No sheath necessary, that would be great!

Duly noted and shared with the proper authorities, Aux; thanks. You might consider the Juice S2. It's only 5/8" longer and half an ounce heavier than the Mini-Tool.
