Leatherman Freestyle

Anyone have it?? and if you do could you give me a brief review and your opinion. I bought it yesterday and the package should arrive in a few days .

I never really wanted the freestyle. the lack of screw driver really diminishes the use of a multitool for me. I have carried a skeletool for a while though. the skeletool has the same size pliers and blade so i can tell you about them.

The blade on the skeletool is a good shape very utilitarian with a good point. the 154cm blade is a great thing to have, one of my favorite steels. The pliers are big enough for most tasks but i did have some flex in the head when trying to use the wire cutters on too tough a material. It's a great light-medium duty tool. You won't be disappointed if you don't try to cut nails with the cutters. if you don't need the screw driver that the skeletool provides the freestyle is a great option.

I want one , I would pair it with my Ranger or other SAK de Jour , and have a killer lightweight combo .

I just bought one - the combo blade one. It's a nice blade to have, especially with the pliers, but a bottle opener and screwdriver would've been nice.
