Leatherman multitools, US prices VS UK prices.

Been thinking of getting a Leatherman multitool for a while (probably a wave or a signal then a Micra for the scissors) for a while as I snare/slingshot rabbits and it basically allows me to clip the snares to the right size crimp them off and then gut the rabbits when they've been caught and killed, the only issue is that I live in the UK.
The prices for leatherman tools in the US are lower than the UK prices usually despite the fact that 1GBP = 1.26 USD, hence buying in USD would be cheaper. Do you think I should buy from the US with quick shipping and save £10-20? The only issue is that the shipping would take a lot longer, the prices in the UK are either equal or above the prices in USD. All I'm worried about is shipping and customs.

You will have to pay UK import duty as well as VAT, and VAT is also applied to the shipping costs.
US prices are always exclusive of US sales tax; EU prices for consumers always include VAT.
