Leatherman sheath for Charge TTi?

Some American friends are willing to bring me a Leatherman Charge TTi and related accessories from the factory shop in Portland. It's a nice opportunity, so I'm getting it along with its bells and whistles—bit kit, extender, and pocket clip. My question involves the sheath, though.

Which one to get? I will be EDC-ing it along with a 4Sevens Quark AA Tactical and would like a low-profile, unobtrusive (non-Batman!) set-up, yet with fairly easy access to the tool as well as the light. Any recommendations?

See the selection here on the Leatherman site. The ones that will fit the Charge are the Premium Leather and Nylon Sheath I, the Premium Leather Sheath I, the Premium Nylon Sheath III, and the Small MOLLE Sheath. What are the differences between those? Also, do all of those come with belt loop, or belt clip?

I currently EDC and original Wave together with the Quark AA Tactical. I use a hip pouch identical to what is shown here. It's great, since it draws virtually no attention (many a security guard has assumed it to be a phone, even after their metal detector goes wild) and it can be worn with formal clothes (which I often have to do). It also has a very sturdy anti-theft belt clip, which to me is better than a belt loop. The only problem is that the tool and the light live on top of one another (separated by a loose little leather off-cut to prevent chafing), and of course with this set-up it takes a little longer to get to whichever is at the bottom of the pouch.

O great ones, if you know of a Leatherman pouch above that may improve the situation, please will you let me know? Alternatively, is there anything else that'll do the job?

I like this sheath (http://www.leatherman.com/accessories/product/Premium_Leather_Sheath_I) for my Charge. I carry it at work everyday. I am personally not a huge fan of velcro closures and prefer snaps. The snap type seems to be more secure that the velcro types that I have used.

Both fastener types have worked well for me, but I don't use my Leathermen that often. Even so, my velcro fasteners have lost their grip faster than snaps, although in time they can give it up, too. In my usage, that takes place in 3 years, more or less, for the velcro, 5 or more years before snaps won't hold, but some last longer. My original 1997 Super Tool leather case, although well worn, still snaps securely. I love the sound :) .

Both velcro and snaps can be fixed, but I simply discard worn velcroed sheaths. Usually, they are cheap to replace. Nice leather sheath snaps, however, can be replaced with new ones available at craft and hobby shops.
I have done that a few times for myself and others, once replacing a velcro closure with a snap.

OP might want to consider the Premium leather and nylon sheath. It has side "pockets" to accommodate bit extender, flashlight, pen, lipstick or other small cylindrical objects. Fisher Space pen or small Sharpie would fit. It shows wear somewhat faster than leather would, but mine has held up well enough in 3 years of use.

Thanks for the input. I think I'll go for their leather-and-nylon 'premium'. I like the loops on the side for an extra item or two. Since the Quark AA is black it should be fairly inconspicuous...
