Leatherman skeletool saved my day or at least my dinner , I arrived home today to find out that my sister was nice enough to bring me snow crab legs from Red Lobster, a real treat for me considering the nearest Red Lobster is two hours away. Only problem is that in order to eat crab legs you need to crack the exoskeleton to get to the crab meat and since she brought the order home it didn't come with the crackers (or whatever the name of thoose things are) so I improvised and used my skeletool. I was so impressed about how much easier it was using actual pliers that I am considering taking a skeletool with me next time I go to eat crab legs.

you might try the Leatherman "micro" on steamed snow crab legs.... the sissor works lots better than any of the other tools I've tried- - I used to live in Maryland -home of the Blue Crabs - it works well on them too!
