Near mint 1965 -1969 era Case 6217 Curved Jack/Half Hawk/Loom Fixer

Still a third 6217 from 1974 yet this one has pakkawood covers instead of red bone covers but still has a pinned shield

Both are covered with Pakkawood

That Hawbaker Special is nice. Old Stanley was famous around here many years ago for his trapping lures & I think his sons run the business now. He was an old guy who lived in the next county over & used to own a butt load of land. As far as I know, the only person he ever allowed to hunt on his land was my father-in-law, who lived about a mile down the road. Just a little bit of ancient history to go along with the knife.

Birds of a feather,,smooth dark red bone. Both of these knives have great F&F and I could not be happier with them. Nice weight, great action.
