I have too many knives to just choose one to beat on. Whenever I know I'm going to encounter rougher work, it's always one of these three I end up picking.

I like to think that I don't abuse them, but I've realized in taking this picture that they've all had broken tips. The Millie is the only one that doesn't currently have a significant chip taken off the end.
