Notice the tip of the sheath has been repaired. IMHO, this knife feels best in the hand while wearing gloves; that metal handle is cold to the touch! Happy hunting! T-A
Nice! I regret that I didn't like the looks of those when they were being made. I'm not wild about those smooth metal handles in the kitchen either, though.

Though it's unmarked, I do believe this is a BARTEAUX, famous for their WWII fighting knives.

This looks more like a general utility or camping knife to me. BARTEAUX was famous for their cast aluminum handles and no maker's mark. Does anyone know anything more about this model? T-A
