Very nice!
Very nice!
Can you post a pic of the knife in the sheath?
Still need one for my Mamushi.
Well, if that doesn’t call for a pass-around!Thanks! The picture doesn't do it any justice at all. The orange in the handle absolutely shimmers.
I like the sheath a lot. I had to glue the leather piece on the bottom of the sheath because the tip of the knife poked through. No big deal though. it works great.
Ok
Here is the Shrike prototype perched on a log. Just for comparison, below is snap from when I was in Arizona a few years ago of another Shrike perched on a branch (for just a moment before swooping in on that flying insect you see darting off on the other side of the pic). Both look dangerous.
Ditto Phil. I sometimes wonder if he has a crew with him holding mirrors and light diffusers, light meters.Hey Danny,
I can’t decide if I am more envious of the seemingly endless supply of beautiful backgrounds you have at your disposal or the photography skills you possess in spades. Probably the latter because I believe you could make a knife photo on bare dirt look like a magazine cover with the composition, angles, and lighting you use. You set the bar very high for great photos with everything you posts.
Thanks Man! U got da skilz!!
Phil
I think so. Just look at his Instagram pics.Ditto Phil. I sometimes wonder if he has a crew with him holding mirrors and light diffusers, light meters.
Agreed on the knives. But your modesty is totally misplaced. Your pictures are pretty great.Comprehensivist , varga49 , Bmurray thank you, but way too generous. I have a long ways to go, but it is a fun pursuit in which I have gained some minor improvements.
Some of these knives don't need any help and do their own talking
