Really have to disagree with you. Even if they do require a lot of work as you say, the composition etc. is there and you clearly put in any needed work with great success. Praise absolutely warranted.

will know for sure. Virtually all of my Osprey’s [edited]including my Santuko are CPM-154. This has been his standard steel for a long time. Which I can say with out question, is my favorite steel for constant hard use, both in kitchen and bush craft work.

You are correct! The only discrepancy is the S35vn there is maybe a handful out there. I have not been able to get to the 3v yet. I am hoping that will change soon though. I plan on switching some things up here soon!
