Lile Dot Fighter Tanto

Hi to everyone, I recently took this model from LILE, but I realized that it has the logo on the blade plate, instead of near the guard. Can anyone tell me why?

LILE with a Dot indicates it was made after Jimmy Lile's death.

If you bought this from Lile, perhaps you should ask them. Most Lile knives seem to have "LILE" parallel to guard on the ricasso, with or without a dot. But there are a few knives that have "Lile" on the blade as yours. Although I haven't seen any there with the dot.
