Why can't the liner thickness on all models be as thick as the CQC13?
Are you sure that CQC13 liners are thicker ? I don't have one ( folders, just a kbit and CQC11) but from reviews seems that all are the same...can you put a picture?
Why can't all Emersons be frame locks?
Gotta send em to Reese.
Because not all knives will be put through the mouth of hell.
Who is Reese???
And yes, everyone thinks they need a knife that can handle nuclear war, when 99.9% of folks can handle ANY task that comes their way with ANY Emerson.
Actually, I compared my 2009 A-100 and my 2009 Super Commander to my 2003 Commander and the newer knives have a thicker lock-side. I'm a happy camper
Same here. My CQC-8 and A-100 have a thicker locking liner than my older CQC-7 and Specwar-A.
Now that the liners are mentioned... I do notice the locking liners on my 13 is thicker than the non-locking liners!
