If history repeats itself, it's probably a Microtech. He really made H.A.L.O. a knife that even non-knife people came to know. The blade does not appear to have the clip point or tanto profile that I know on the H.A.L.O., nor does the handle/finger guard look correct, nor does the hand position for deploying the SA (or a DA) OTF look quite right, so I am guessing that probably is not the HALO or at least the generation I know of.
It appears he is pinching it with the thumb in a position to deploy a more traditional out-the-side automatic, but the image isn't super clear and I am yet to see the episode?
Someone who knows MTs really well may be able to identify it. To my understanding, Jack Bauer's usage of the H.A.L.O. built a strong working relationship between Sutherland and Marfione, so it would not surprise me if Microtech was producing knives for them at all as there is no advertising on the planet that can match that kind of publicity (similar to ZT knives commonly seen on NCIS).
