Looking for a handle...and it's name

I've looked for a while in other places without luck. The whole time I was looking, I knew this forum would know the answers immediately, but I didn't want to post something so far away from axes. I'm out of resources now, so I just hope this isn't annoying...
I have a tool that I want a nice handle for and it's a tool folks usually aren't so picky about the handles they use. I call it a grub hoe. Mattock, grub axe and pick axe are also used for it. Pick on one end and a pulaski-type hoe/lateral axe on the other. This particular one is hand-sized/"hatchet-sized". The eye is the rounder, wedge-less kind that holds by the weight of the tool.
The tool is unmarked but I know it is very old because of how I got it. I've restored it and would like it to have a nice handle.
Main question is: Where can I find a hand-sized replacement hickory handle for this? Plenty of 35" handles. Can't find single one for a hand tool.
But also, what are the correct names? For this tool, for this tool in this size and for the handle in this configuration? I'm guessing this type of handle might have a name that is separate from the tool since it is a handle configuration that is used for several types of tools.

I bet if you post a picture of the head with something to provide scale you'll get a better answer.

Search for engineer hammer handles and that might get you close. Expect to hand fit it, however.

The Council Tools website has several replacement handles in the length you want. It's worth a look. There are other sites that sell hickory replacement handles of a variety of hand tools.

The correct name for it cannot be reasonably identified without photos. The eye size and shape will determine what kind of handle will be the best match.

I call it a mini pick mattock , but I see them commonly sold as a weeding mattock.

I would check out the House Handle GI pick handle, 18" long, 1-1/2 × 2-1/2.
