Check out the MecArmy IllumineX-1 (or any of the CooYoo Quantum-sized lights). Weighs 9 grams including the battery, and it's about 1.5" long.

I also like the ThorFire TK01, a 1xAAA with a high-CRI Nichia emitter. For a 1xAAA light it's pretty small and lightweight.

Nitecores are my favorite. TIP, TUBE and TINI.
Up to 380 lumen. Tube weight very little- plastic and Tini 1.7" tall.
All rechargeable.

I have the Olight I3E and so far really like it. Very small and compact for the lumen throw.

If you're after something smaller, have you considered something that accepts a 10180 sized lithium battery? Many of those lights are smaller than just the top head assembly of the light in your picture.

Some also have a micro USB charging port, but I always prefer something that can take a separate rechargeable battery over a built- in battery. Because at some point, your light/battery will go dead. It's inevitable. Then you can swap out a fresh battery in seconds, instead of being dead in the water until it has an hour or two to recharge. You also have the option of carrying a spare for that exact reason, if you expect to use it more on a given night.

Jetbeam MINI-1. Got the MecArmy battery as a replacement, works much better (100mAh vs 70mAh), but I would be pretty comfortable with the MecArmy X4s as well. IMO those are the only 2 choices at that size. Had a Tube, gave it to my wife. Short battery life, and weak output.

Thorfire recently sent me a TK01 for 90% off to evaluate and I was pleasantly surprised. (They didn't require a public review, just asked for feedback, but I still wanted to disclose.)

The highlight for me is the emitter. It's a wonderful high-CRI neutral white, with imo, a perfect tint.

A quick summary after a couple of weeks with it:

-Pros
Lightweight
Excellent emitter
Great output level for a single-mode keychain edc light
Captive head
Inexpensize

-Potential Opportunities (some subjective/personal preference)
May be difficult to lube threads if/when needed since there isn't an obvious way to remove the head
Long thread travel between on and off (~full rotation)
More color options would be nice
A little slick (e.g., I really like the knurling on the Ti 2)
No clip (a Fenix clip might fit but I haven't checked it yet. Unlike the others I did put the TK01 on my keys and plan to keep it there.)

Good choice, that's what I've carried on my keys for years. I'd highly recommend it.

I know the OP already found what he was looking for, but in case someone stumbles across this thread and is looking for something a bit smaller... I highly recommend the Photon Freedom. It's waterproof, small, light, cheap, made in the U.S.A, has a long run time, has multiple modes (S.O.S., Morse Code, Signal), has brightness adjustement, and puts out a lot of light for its size. You can also get it in different colors and with specialty beams like infrared and ultraviolet. I'm a bit of a fan if you can't tell.

I also just picked this up the other day. It uses a single AAA battery, has a full copper body, is waterproof, uses a titanium electronic switch, has an orange peel reflector, uses a Nichia 219C LED, and is made by Lumintop (basically an upgraded Tool Copper). not bad for under $30. You can also get a full titanium version (blue colored) for $5 more (although it uses the Nichia 219B instead). It fits PERFECTLY in my Leatherman Charge TTi case which is really the main reason I bought it, lol.

CountyComm Peanut LED flashlight. Its more powerful than your streamlight and will go on your keychain.

I have a Streamlight Nano. Only 10 lumens, but it has like a 10 hour run time and it is insanely small.

The Photon Microlite is also cool, again not many lumens but extremely easy carry and great run time.

Gonna try that Olight though.
