The Companion fits the bill very nicely.
Awww yeah. You know what it is. Brian, I hope you didn't sell this beautiful knife to me expecting me to leave it on some dusty shelf...
By the way, that's the goddamn factory edge, people! All I did to it beforehand was some swiping on a small ridged honing rod.
After that, I had to cheat a little and finished up with a safety razor for time purposes. Needless to say, she still push cuts paper.
