Wow, this stuff is great.
I've seen recent threads on here-- and perhaps elsewhere-- discussing the merits of good vodka. This vodka usually appears at the top tier of the list.
What's special about this Polish potato vodka (uber traditional, because vodka originated in Poland, and was made from potatoes) is that it is not too expensive. Going for around $16 a fifth (and on sale for $14 this month in Vermont), this stuff is as good or better than vodkas costing twice as much, like Grey Goose.
Straight up, you'll notice very little burn. Mixed with other stuff, you can barely taste any alcohol, and the drink becomes super smooth.
I'll be keeping a supply of this stuff in my fridge for the occasional snort, since I am mostly a beer drinker.
